    I ordered the Black Leather Chelsea and when they arrived I was shocked that they were too big. A simple email, printing of a return label and my oversized boots were on their way back and a new, smaller pair were coming to me.

    Once I received the proper sized boots I was blown away with the fit, appearance and quality of them. I wore them for about 3 hours around those to break them in and sure enough they were even more comfortable.
