If there’s an issue with your order, like size or color/design differences, you can request an exchange or return.
Take a photo of yourself wearing the item and a close-up of the tag in the collar. Send these pictures to customer support within 7 business days of receiving the product, mentioning the specific issues. Contact us within 7 days, and we’ll resolve it within 30 days.
Requests made after 7 days won’t be processed. Your satisfaction is important to us.
The Refund Policy Applies when:
- No alterations or tag removals by the buyer.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Valid complaints will result in a refund or exchange.
The Refund Policy doesn’t Apply When:
- No return/exchange for ordering multiple comparable items in different sizes.
- Customized items and custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Buyer pays return shipping and prior postage costs since we offer free shipping.
- No return, refund, or exchange if labels are removed.
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Our product inspector checks the product before shipping. If you have any issues, email us with the details.
We will not assess refund or credit orders and have no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
- Change of perspective on an item.
- Accidental purchase.
- Exceeded 30 days.
- Change your mind.
Return Policy.
Our team will investigate your issue and confirm if the product is eligible for return, refund, or exchange based on the stated conditions. Once confirmed, we will provide an RMA number to attach to the delivery box. For returns, the purchaser is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the initial shipping cost, as our free shipping offer to customers is not free to us.
Exchange Policy
If the client wishes to exchange the product for another size, we offer a new product (new size) free of charge. The client will only be responsible for the postage cost, which depends on the weight and size of the product.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number
An RMA number, or Return Material Authorization, acts like an invoice for the shipping company. It identifies that the item is being returned to the seller for service or exchange, saving time for our valuable customers. Simply paste this code on the box and post it to the specified address.
Custom Duties
Each country has varying customs duties, laws, and regulations. To simplify the process for buyers, we mark all shipments as Free Shipping and label them as gifts to minimize potential customs fees. However, shipping costs are charged for all items shipped. If customs duties are imposed by the destination country, the buyer is responsible for paying these duties.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for returned merchandise, covering repackaging and shipping costs. The fee amount depends on the product’s size, type, and weight.
